Here’s a lit­tle tip about some­thing that is begin­ning to make the rounds amongst genre types.  The fol­low­ing is a fan trailer, a teaser for a nonex­is­tent sequel to Tron enti­tled Tron: Destiny.  Your Humble Reviewer has watched it a few times and he already likes it bet­ter than Tron: Legacy.  Unlike that mis­be­got­ten sequel/reboot/whatever, this teaser places sto­ry­telling before graphic design.  It’s nicely pho­tographed,  uses music to atmos­pheric effect, is decently acted and even serves up a few nice visual effects on what was obvi­ously a micro-budget.  You can check out this trailer below…

There aren’t too many details on this as of yet: no one has stepped for­ward to take credit for the film as of this news item and it was passed on to Your Humble Reviewer anony­mously.  It’s been pulled from YouTube at least once already so if you have any love for the sub­ject Tron, check it out post-haste.  If any fur­ther details on this mys­te­ri­ous lit­tle item arise, Schlockmania will be sure to fill you in…
